The Sgt. Anthony Park Association is a neighborhood association formed in 1994 to improve the environment of our neighborhood, to provide information and services to our residents concerning civic institutions and affairs, to work for the safety, cleanliness, and beautification of our area, and to promote community values so that we may enjoy a higher quality of life.  The renovation of the Park was the spur to our formation, but we have conducted many activities involving folks who live around the general perimeters of the Park.
